My certificate has expired, how do I get a fresh one?

How to transfer or update a certificate

First, double-check that your certificate is definitely over three years old by contacting ACRI via email or the help widget.

If your certificate has definitely expired then there are two easy ways to renew your certificate;

➡️If you are still employed by the same organisation

You can either;

  • Enroll in a refresher course if your previous training is within 3 years ($45).

  • Enroll in a complete new training program for your industry (Price varies from $165 to $295 depending on your industry)

To do this, ask your LMS/Training Manager for your organisation to enrol you for your training or simply get in contact with us, and we can arrange this for you.

➡️How to request a transfer if you are employed by a new organisation

Certificates are transferrable to new organisations under certain circumstances, if the new organisation is a current Accredited Member of the ACRI Network. In this case, you can simply use this form to request your transfer.

If your certificate has expired then you'll need to re-enroll in a new training course which ACRI can arrange for you, and you can return to a current status.
