I can't progress in my course?

If you are having trouble moving through your course then this article will help you figure out what the problem is.

Is your SAT still locked and you have done all of the course you can? Then perhaps you've run into one of the following two issues:

  1. If you've stopped and started your course then possibly you've missed a checkpoint during your course. If you open you're "Course Menu on your left

  2. If you are using Chrome or Brave for your browser then you may be encountering a common caching issue. You'll know if this is your issue because you wont be able to click on your member profile image, or the Course Menu on the left hand side. The solution is to simply clear your cache/browsing history and refresh your page.

If neither of these solutions are effective for you then perhaps you've encountered an unknown glitch! Because our courses are updated regularly, occasionally these updates may break a training program.
